Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled if the customer cannot be contacted, refuses verification or provides an incomplete or invalid delivery address.

Payments

Bank-transfer or advance-payment orders will only be processed after the payment has been received and verified. Customers must use the correct order reference and provide proof of payment when requested.

Any advance-payment discount or promotional code is subject to its stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash. A discount may be withdrawn if its conditions are not satisfied.
