Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout Pakistan.
Shipping Charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies to orders delivered.
Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Deliveries to remote locations may take additional time.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Confirmation
We may contact you by telephone, email or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery information before dispatch.
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active telephone number when placing your order. Orders containing incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to verify the delivery details.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment.
Failed Deliveries
Felorya is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient or inaccurate contact information. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order has to be dispatched again.
Damaged or Incorrect Parcels
Please inspect your parcel after delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
